Death Penalty, sang ayon ka ba?

Di ba dapat last Jan. 30 ay meron na sana ulit na bibitayin pero naextend pa into 30 days to open the case again. The question is... Sang ayon ka ba o hinde sa Death Penalty?

For me... hindi ako favor kasi dapat bigyan pa sila ng chance na magsisi dapat sana habang buhay with no parol na lng sentensya sa kanila. Pero naisabatas na yan eh... ang batas ay batas.... parang ang gulo ng sagot ko...

Death Penalty

Although, in my opinion, the very word conotes an old passage in the bible - a tooth for a tooth, a limb for a limb, and life for life. This applies to all of us. We do something bad, we pay for it some way or the other. Now, would it be justifiable to kill someone for their crimes? Yes.

Death penalty in the Philippines is a joke however. Because of INJUSTICE. I defined this as people who get the "chamber" because they can't afford to best possible defense from the law and that they are sentenced unjustly, or they have been able to be heard.

What was the possible reasons? 1. They can't afford the best defense lawyer, 2. To show that the government is showing that they are COMPETENT they rush the trial and 3. The criminals gets away because the INCOMPETENT police gets the wrong guy, frames him to show... again, RESULT, and the poor guys gets the chamber.

Now the question of morality. What is moral and immoral? Would you kill someone who killed your family? The immidiate reply would be I would. But would it be legal? No. So we allow government agencies to apply the law.

So, IF the crime is committed to your family, would you decline to apply the same kind of pain they dealt to you? We're only humans, the answer is yes.

For those people who says NO to DP. Maybe they haven't felt what the victims felt. Or they have family next in line for the chamber.

'nuff said.

Death Penalty ang pwede natin ipanakot sa mga gumagawa ng kasalanan..

Pero pwede rin natin ito gawing dahilan upang Kaawaan silang mga gumagawa ng kasalanan..

Sa lipunan nating Galit sa gumagawa ng kasalan,
at awang-awa pag pinarurusahan na sila....


Di na kailangan ng Death Penalty...

Ang kailangan na lang natin,
