Bakit ang mga vice president pag nakaupo na di masyadong sikat, at pag wala naman ang pangulo sa bansa ay di naman sa vice iniiwan ang bansa? wala ba siyang tiwala dito kasi di niya ito kapartido o wala lang talaga

cguro dahil nga usually eh nasa magkaibang partido ang nananalo sa pres and vice pres ya nagkakaroon ng problem sa sharing of responsibilities... pero cguro din depende yan kung cno ang vice president... kasi dapat pakita mo kung ano ang power mo sa government hindi yung susunod ka na lang sa agos or maghihintay ng susunod na eleksyon kung san pede ka candidate for pres...  |

;D that's the problem with multi party system, a lot of people with different ideas in one administration... so the end result would be a disaster.  hirap no? |

Siguro dahil wala naman silang masyadong trabaho. Figurehead lang ang mga Vice-President just in case that the president dies/resigns/out of the country, he/she will be there to assume leadership. The problem with the philippine setting is, usually the vice president was not part of the administration, he/she was a given a post that is usually out of the limelight. Kaya hinde sila masyadong napapansin.
So when she/he assumes leadership he/she will not continue with the current program of the government, it usually starts again from zero. Case in point ang kaso ni Gloria. Ok, you might say she is different in the sense that she helped oust the then current president, still she didn't continue with the current programs. She axed most of them. Well, there isn't any program to shed tear over din naman. ;D
... a, yun lang.
